For the past five years, Scott Taylor has been growing his company, Taylor’s Blooming Landscapes, to the full-service company it is today.

Scott is a Fully Licensed and Insured MNLA Certified Landscape Professional. His desire to own and operate his own business began over fifteen years ago while working for a retail garden center in New York.

Eight years ago, Scott pursued his landscaping dream. He got his MNLA certification and hasn’t stopped learning since. Says Scott, “there’s new information coming out all the time, I’ve got to keep up on the latest information for my customers. I go to training sessions almost every month.”

Scott’s passion has always been plants. His keen eye for design and in-depth understanding of ’planting for the long term’ sets him apart from other landscapers. “You’ve got to put in the right plant or you’re wasting the customer’s money. Nobody wants to rip out a plant two years later because it’s taking over the bed,” says Scott.

Much of Scott’s work comes through referrals and word of mouth. His company is located in Blaine and serves the entire metropolitan area.
